Every operation — merging, splitting, converting, compressing, watermarking, and more — runs on your device using WebAssembly and JavaScript. No file ever leaves your computer. There are no accounts to create, no email addresses to hand over, and no daily quotas enforced by a remote server. Open a tool, drop a file, and download the result. Close the tab, and nothing remains.
Organize
Merge PDFs combines any number of documents into a single file with drag-to-reorder support. Split PDF breaks a document apart by page range, by bookmarks, or into one file per page. Rotate PDF fixes sideways scans and flipped pages in a visual editor. Reorder Pages lets you rearrange pages by dragging thumbnails. Delete Pages removes unwanted pages instantly, and Extract Pages pulls specific pages into a new document.
Convert
JPG to PDF bundles photos, scans, and screenshots into a properly sized PDF. PNG to PDF does the same for lossless PNG images. Going the other direction, PDF to JPG exports every page as a JPEG image at any DPI you choose, and PDF to PNG produces lossless PNG exports at any resolution. All conversions preserve the original quality of the source material.

Add Watermarkstamps text or images across every page — useful for marking drafts, adding logos, or branding documents before distribution. Add Page Numbers inserts customizable page numbering with control over position, format, font size, and starting number.

Compress PDF reduces file size through image optimization and metadata stripping, making documents easier to email and store. Why local processing matters
Most online PDF tools upload your files to a remote server, process them there, and send back the result. That means your confidential contracts, tax returns, medical records, and personal documents pass through third-party infrastructure. PDF Cloak takes a different approach. The entire processing engine — built on pdf-lib for structural PDF manipulation and PDF.jsfor page rendering — runs inside your browser tab. Your files exist only in your device's memory while the tab is open. There is no server to breach, no database to leak, and no upload log to subpoena. For privacy-sensitive documents, local processing is not a convenience feature — it is the only responsible approach.
